🌹Do you ship internationally?
Yes. However, The Postal Service™ is temporarily suspending international mail acceptance for certain destinations due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions. Please check here if your country is affected.
Depending on your country, customs fees and/or VAT might be charged when you receive your package. You are liable for whatever fees your country charges to import packages.
If your order is returned to me due to failure to pay a charge or tax, hopefully, I can contact you to either A.) Refund your order, minus the shipping cost, or B.) ship your package again, However, you will have to pay for shipping again.
🌹How long does it take to ship and receive my order?
All orders will be shipped between 3-7 business days.
If you are US-based, your order should get to you in a couple of days. International orders can vary between 2-6 weeks.
🌹When will my preorder ship?
Preorders for products can be expected to get to you between a month to a month and a half from when preorders close. This accounts for production time, and shipping to me from the manufacturer, and gives me time to package and ship the products.
If you order in-stock items as well as preorder items, the products in stock will ship together with the preorders. If you would like to receive your in-stock items earlier, you'll have to place 2 separate orders to account for the two separate shipping fees.
